This recipe comes from the cookbook of the scholarship house I attended while in college. We made all our own food & most of the recipes were old fashioned, down-home-cooking. These cookies are so simple but soooo delicious!
Monster Cookies
3 eggs
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup margarine
1 1/2 cup peanut butter (creamy or chunky)
4 1/2 cup instant oatmeal
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup M & M's
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix ingredients in order given. Drop dough by rounded teaspoons on greased cookie sheet. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Yields approximately 5 dozen cookies.
