This recipe is another one that I found on the Good Eats 'n Sweet Treats blog.

Also, my icing wasn't very spreadable. I followed the directions exactly. Next time I might decrease the powdered sugar in the icing from 2 cups to 1 or 1 1/2 cups. For the original recipe, please click here. The recipe made just over a baker's dozen regular sized cupcakes.
This is another recipe that comes from my college days living at the Alpha of Clovia 4-H Scholarship House. It's another very simple recipe that can be made into cookies or bars.
This recipe comes from the cookbook of the scholarship house I attended while in college. We made all our own food & most of the recipes were old fashioned, down-home-cooking. These cookies are so simple but soooo delicious!

So I tried experimenting with my Oreo Truffle recipe (see previous post). This time, instead of using original Oreos, I used the peanut butter flavored ones. To give it more flavor, I would recommend adding at least 1/4 cup peanut butter to the dough.
