Oreo Truffles

1 package regular size Oreo cookies

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 package white almond bark

1 package chocolate almond bark

Using a food processer, blend Oreos into crumbs.

Add cream cheese to crumbs and blend together
in food processer until it forms a dough.

Roll dough into walnut sized balls. Chill for an hour.

Melt package of white almond bark in a double boiler. Stick a toothpick in a ball and dip it in the melted almond bark.

Allow to harden on wax paper, takes about 15 minutes.

While waiting melt 1/4 package of chocolate almond bark. When Oreo balls are no longer sticky to the touch, decorate with drizzles of chocolate. Cut a tiny hole in one corner of a sandwich bag to drizzle the chocolate.

Makes 25-45 truffles

Warning: these truffles are addictive. They are extremely easy but taste absolutely sinful. I am interested in substituting the original Oreos for the mint or peanut butter flavor. I'll update the blog if I do.
